[GAMEPLAY] Zilean Passive Bug

Sometimes when using Zilean to spam right click an ally champion for his passive level up it triggers his Time Warp (E) on himself, wasting the cooldown on Time Warp. I forgot to record footage of it, but maybe next time. Happened to me more than once.
