Fiddlesticks been experiencing some glitches ever since patch 6.12. I thought it would be handle by now but apparently it has not. Fiddle Q does not always work it is like a gamble

When making a bug report it's best to do the following:

State the bug.
Anyway to reproduce the bug if possible.

Simply stating that he is glitched does not help at all.
