Legend 1 Level 40

Today I was looking through all of the level up rewards and I saw that there was a reward that was gotten at level 40 which was like an enhanced champion capsule that also come with an emote. I actually never received it. I know there was a little issue that happened when i got it becasue it popped up on my screen and then it went away. I figrued it would correct itself in a little while so I gave it time, but its now been over a few weeks and I never received the capsule and I still dont have the emote. All of my friends use it in game and I wish I could use it aswell.
