My account got banned for nothing.

Hello everybody,i just want to get right to the buisness.So my account got banned a while ago and it writes for scripting.The day that account was banned i didnt play nor did i use scripts.I have friends with the same thing.And also when i play on another account when i finish a game it writes that i've been suspended even though i can just close the pop up and continue playing.Nor do i recieve anything in my email.Please somebody help i wrote to support they said that im scripting and that they couldn't help.Help somebody!

Bans for scripting happens by waves. Like every X month they bann all the scripters they noticed.

Send in a support ticket. Wait 3-4 days for the robo response. Repost your thread with the robo response to grab attention and hopefully get a real person to look at your case.
