Yorick Ghosts Bug

I have repeatedly had to deal with Yorick's ghosts spawning away from there target. I have had this happen since this past patch. Ghosts will spawn far away from target, even his "q" ghost. The ghosts also just sit, and do nothing, even when giving them targeting commands.
