Login errors

For an unknown issue every time i login i have to re login several times before i regain access to the champions i own. I have no mastery points no skins nothing. only 1 out of every 10 times i login i have everything. i do the exact same thing every time the error is caused that i would normally do logging in. The only way i can fix the issue is to keep logging in until it goes away. I did delete the client and re download the whole thing but it did not fix the issue.
