[GAMEPLAY] Nami W interaction with Sivir E

I was playing a casual game of league and while in bot lane I use Nami W on Sivir who used E and naturally it bounced to my ADC, but then it bounced back to Sivir a 2nd time (enemy support was not around.) This is the first time I've come across the interaction and I'm just not sure if it is an intended interaction.
