Rakan/Thresh Teleport Glitch

Landing Thresh's Q on Rakan, and then following up with a E, while Rakan dashes, causes this interaction. This seems to occur often through this interaction, but not always. Looking at a replay of the game showed that there was a chance that the play would be smooth, and sometimes be glitched like the video.

From what I see, there's a small instance Rakan can cast a spell between when Thresh dashes with Q and uses his E to follow up, which, if he casts his dash during that time, Thresh can follow him. I believe the interaction with the hook is that the target is meant to be snared in place until arrival, so I think this is more of a bug on Rakan's side than Thresh's.
