Sion Q bug (no real evidence)

Can't present proof. Whilst I was playing Sion, I noticed that sometimes at seemingly random my Q would release way before being fully charged (not even charged enough to stun) without me releasing it. The game was 31 minutes and the bug occurred around 9 times. Tried out doing it again in a custom game but couldn't get it to happen. <just leaving this here>
