Client went black in champ select TWICE. Made me dodge 2 ranked games...

does it happen as soon as you lock in by hitting Accept for the queue? and then makes you wait in darkness for endless seconds to minutes while the client is loaded and everyone is picking champs but you only see black and by the time it finally clears you got 3 seconds to ban or it has already made you dodge?... If i get the black screen i usually try to exit the client even if I already Accept (bare with me!!) then the client will ask if you're sure you want to exit and you say No. then by saying No, it'll bring you back to the fully loaded champ select that has already been there and waiting for you. (fix this Rito, please <3)

I found a fix that works for me. Please try this and let me know if it works for you to. Click on the upper right hand corner of your friends list, click "group by mobile." "group by offline." - Once both of those are checked this should resolve any issues with matches loading. I think it has something to do with the size of your friends list and sorting the information.

It is a beta, not a fully released version. You are not required to use the the beta client. You can use the legacy client until the new client is out of beta.

Seconded, although I simply get kicked out of queue over and over; whatever they were trying to accomplish by making a new client when this is what we get is beyond me. Yes, I read all the flowery blubbergush, but fact is the game hates the new client and the smallest tweak seems to have the potential to make it all unplayable! From day one, it's been inferior in any and all ways from what we had before.

Hate to rant but this really just came to a head for me.
