Client freezes on 0 seconds in draft

The pick or ban timer will just stop at 0 and the lobby will freeze however i can still talk to people in clan and friends chat, about 2 minutes later it will kick me from the lobby claiming i didn't ban or lock in a champ. has happened to me over 8 times in ranked now and is really starting to irritate me. Anyone from Riot aware of this bug?
