Key binding's flat out not working

I just came from a twisted tree line bot game and none of my keys that were linked to abilities worked. I tried tabbing out then tabbing back in and nothing changed. I closed the client and relaunched it and nothing happened. Same problem. I did the same thing this time I closed the window after leaving the game and started over from launch screen. Logged in rejoined to find out it still didn't fix its self.

I thought this problem was fixed a while back but guess not.
