Xerath still bugged after so much time

So I stopped playing for a while and before Xerath was bugged. His Q was either canceled or just cant be charged when you try to cast it instantly after W. I just played a game and this bug is still there. Was really annoying and its somewhat hard to avoid it. It happens with his E too.
