Match found not popping up

I recently was trying to get in a game and i wouldn't get in, I waited for 18 min then i quit the que to start again(The approx said 2 min). I restarted the que and it go nowhere for like 5 minutes, so i quit it(Approx was 45 sec). I tried to que again and it came up with a champ select/declined games que ban for like 10 minutes, it never said a match was found and never showed champ select.
