[Client] I have 6407 ip and cant unlock 6300ip champs

Last night i hit >6300 ip and i was about to unlock a 6300ip champ, but the shop said i didn't have enough ip. I logged off and assumed that the client would realize that i had over 6300ip today. It did not, and so i played a coop vs. ai game to make a little more money (just to change the ip amount i have) and that did not affect the shop. I still cannot unlock 6300ip champs. It seems I can unlock cheaper champs, but just not 6300ip champs.
