Icons in Loot Tab Are Invisible

When I go to check my loot tab after a game, sometimes the icons are invisible, even after I open a chest (New Client). The only way to see my loot is to re-log. Any known permanent fixes?

i have the same bug except it doesnt go away at all even after re logging or restarting
