[Client] When updating to 5.4 client patches at 33% then after a while goes to 99% then fails.

I've been trying to update league for 4-5 day's now and every time I open the client it goes to 33% and patches for a while then goes to 99% and say's "Update failed, Unspecified error occurred. Please check logs for more information". I also tried switching the region. I don't know what else to do and Riot support isn't even helping, been waiting 3 days for a replay. Hopefully someone here can. Thanks.
