Series Update BUG [Gameplay] [Ranked]

Hi, i was playing ranked. Got a win series on 81 LP; but didn't get my free win. when i lost my promos it said series update took end and instead of going down to 75 LP, it did count as 2 defeats and got dedmoted to 64 LP. The free win didn't count and when i lost series update it counted as 2 defeats
