Warwick ULT Cooldown bug

When I was attempting to use my ult as Warwick on two separate occasions, the skill would pop up with the arrow and the radius like I was able to cast it, but it wouldn't activate. When I checked the cooldown in chat (as seen) it said there was still a cooldown on it.
