Getting S rank but no token or loot box

I've recently gotten 3 S ranks on Camille, but haven received a loot box or S rank token. I have 2 loot boxes ready to be earned, and I've only just purchased Camille so I haven't got an S rank on her before. I just got Swain Last night and he has the same issue.

Anyone had this issue before? anyone know a fix? I've tried a full repair, client and windows restart, drivers etc. still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you have received punishments from riot there is a period of time where you are ineligible to gain loot

I haven't received any punishments ever, even if I don't get the loot box shouldn't I still get the S rank token?

Do you already have the tokens to upgrade her?

Ok i'm not sure if i got the terminology right, by tokens i mean the highest season rank
