Firecracker Jinx Bug [gameplay]

This problem occurs about half the time I have recently played Jinx, with the new Firecracker skin. I also used to have this problem when jinx first came out. When the game first loads, it will not let Jinx move, and it appears as though you can buy things from the shop, but seconds after it is purchased it goes away. You can watch the other players play, but doing anything yourself is impossible. The problem sometimes randomly resolves itself mid-game, however another time it wouldn't fix itself no matter what I did.

EDITED: Also you are unable to upgrade in of your special abilities. You can hit the level up button, but it then disappears and nothing is updated.
