[GAMEPLAY] Invisible and Untargetable Minions and Monsters in the Twisted Treeline

Game crashed during loading screen as it usually does. Reconnected and got warned immediately for being AFK. Went to jungle but this happenned. All Jungle camps had monsters and there are minions in the lane. You can see Ryze attacking them. Had to close and reconnect the game to fix.
