Illaoi Q Bug

It might have been because I was playing cho-gath, but it seems like illaoi's q hitbox is WAAAAY larger than the indicator says it is. I mean i was in narnia and that q was still hitting me. Not really complaining (we still won the game cuz illaoi doesnt do anything after 30 minutes), just asking if ither ppl find this too?
