Low prio for no reason

Dear Riot,

I have been placed in a low priority pool after the game where I was playing as usual. One of our teammates was AFK for a couple of minutes, therefore, we decided to remake that game. After we agreed to surrender, I was informed that I am placed in a low priority queue. Now I have to wait for 20 minutes each time I search for the game. Could you please explain why that happened?
