Honor System After Ban

hey guys, after i got unbanned from a 2 week ban i was set back to Honor lvl 0. my honor system was locked for a few days even after the ban, but when my honor system was unlocked its been stuck at zero? like ive been unbanned for over a month now and been playing like 2-3 games a day most days a week, and still my honors been at 0. i usually get honored each game atleast once, and still my honor level has not gone up from 0. Any thoughts?
