Champion Select Bug

When trying to select a champion, only been trying to play veigar and not entirely sure if it happens with others, my champion would switch to a random champion, most of the time name starting with S, and lock me in. This has happened a couple of times and i am forced to dodge, not wanting to troll my teammates.

The bug has happened 3 times in total and it is not every time but, i believe i am doing everything the same each time.

1 log in and wait for about an hour before starting a match 2 select mid fill then switch to a secondary lane usually top or jungle 3 hit find match almost immediately after switching role 4 queue time then click accept match as fast as i can 5 select the desired champion, veigar as of lately. 6 experience the switch
