[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo Will Not Ult If Looking Away From Opponent

When an opponent is knocked up via a Steel Tempest tornado or another champion knock- up ability, if Yasuo is looking away from the enemy champion, he will not use his ultimate on them.

1. Land the 3rd hit of a Steel Tempest for the tornado knock-up or another champion's knock-up ability
2. Make sure Yasuo is facing away from the enemy champion.
3. Spam 'R' for your ultimate.

Since 6.4, this has happened to me multiple games. I will land a knock-up and move away slightly to keep my distance while spamming 'R.' Everytime Yasuo has failed to ult the enemy champions while they're in range. The tooltip for the ultimate doesn't mention anything about having to face the opponent.
