I just experienced with a bug that needs to be fixed. The bug is that when I played 3v3 bot as Gangplank my silver serpent kept increasing by 1 per sec even though i didnt last hit any minions with my q .

this is intended for aram and twisted treeline as gangplank cannot farm as much and would not be able to upgrade his ult as much

If this didn't exist in TT or HA, then GP would MAYBE get a single ult upgrade in the course of a long game (45+ mins). It isn't a bug, it's a feature.
