I just experienced with a bug that needs to be fixed. The bug is that when I played 3v3 bot as Gangplank my silver serpent kept increasing by 1 per sec even though i didnt last hit any minions with my q .

this is intended for aram and twisted treeline as gangplank cannot farm as much and would not be able to upgrade his ult as much
