Why the fuck does skin boosting change your skin when you already have a fucking skin equiped

If I wanted to use a shitty sorceress lux skin, I would fucking use it. DOn't cuck me in the last 4 SECONDS before the game starts while I am alt tabbed fapping to LUX henttai to CUCK ME out of playing with the good skins.
