[CLIENT] League Client Bug - Home screen blacking out icons and more

I'm getting a bug where every time I log in I can't see my icon along with that of my friends on my friends list or even on a lobby. Also I can't even get on my my profile, but when I do the masteries are all black.

UPDATE: When playing games the icons for the champions and the summoner spells are also blacked out.
