Enemy surrendered at 24 minutes because we wiped them in their base. The victory banner shows up and then the leave game button pops up. Post game lobby queue loads up. Then immediately look at the LP gain/loss corner and it says I'm awarded +21 LP. Was only given +18. Fix the mistake.

you lost a game or dodged while at 0 lp. The game keeps track of that and puts you at -3lp per lose/dodge while at 0 lp.
