A friend of mine randomly can't change his masteries and runes on the new client. Whenever the bug happens, he has to dodge and it usually works for a few games afterward, then starts again. He has a huge lb now because of it.
This crap happens so much with the new client that I simply consider it a part of the client.

This is why I don't use the new client.

It's something mystical known as "lag" I am one of the many whom attempt to master it each day and end up with a broken computer.
That doesn't look like lag. If it was lag then his messages wouldn't be appearing in chat at all.
