Hey Riot games do i need to submit a support ticket for worlds event?

I have seen about 5 matches with "Watch & Earn II" available to me. I watched 3 of the C9 vs GMB matches Live, a G2 vs Infinity VOD and a EDG vs Supermassive VOD. I am just wondering why its still not finished in my account or at least have the progress of 1 match. I have seen the whole matches for each game, just wondering if it's bugged or my account connection isn't good enough.
