Had to Reconnect to fix a bug, got lower queued

So i was in a game, playing my Malzahar mid when my game disconnected briefly, and when i came back the anivia i was against was simply standing still, so i started to poke her then she fired a Q from the other side of lane, and her model quickly switched to that position, and continued to stand still and switch for around 3 minutes. So i disconnected and reconnected. The bug was fixed and we won the game but i was placed in a lower priority queue. tl;dr i dc'd and anivia's model would stay still even when she fired abilities, at which point it would tp and sit still there until she did something else as well.
