missing vintage border for Snow Bunny Nidalee

the border is missing only for this Nidalee skin, the other skins have it as they are supposed to according this page http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/plan-vintage-limited-edition-skins

the border is missing since version 4.11, it feels kinda strange that something so simple is still not fixed after 3 months ...
