Q glitch

i have gone into q many times and the server freezes on me causing me to miss q and accumulate time bans. i do not know why it keeps freezing on my client. i have run scans on my computer to see if it is a conceal problem. it does not seem to be a comp problem. i may be wrong but this has been a usual thing to get 20 minute timers on my q. making it very discouraging to want to play league if anyone has any tips or if riot has any info it would be most welcome.
