Server broke?

Today, 4/28/16, servers went down for a fix. When they came back up I started receiving only 7 LP per win in ranked. What is the deal? Is there a mistake? If this is what I have to look forward to now then I am finally quitting for good. Just curious if this is supposed to be happening or maybe a glitch.

I am Silver II with 30 LP. Last season I never had LP gains anywhere near this low and I was Silver I. I generally get 17-20 LP. I currently have 50% win rate in ranked past 20 games because I got impatient and solo queued a couple times. HUGE MISTAKE. But 7 LP? Are you serious?

I'm a bit confused. You're S2? I only see 1 ranked match this entire season...and that was today. According to the LoL client, you're unranked with 0 wins in provisionals.

The problem is resolved. I am doing nothing different I think there were just issues with the server that day. My friends had same problem.
