[GAMEPLAY] Lux Binding Hitbox

I've played multiple ARAMs today, and a few featured some far fetched Lux binding hits. This is the most extreme I've witnessed today, and in my oppion it shouldn't have hit. I play on a steady 23ms ping, so I highly doubt this was due to lag or package loss. I've not experienced issues with other skillshots. Screenshot of the Lux binding hitting.
