Caitlyn hit bug [GAMEPLAY]

Yesterday I played a game with caitlyn and i noticed a bug with her hit attacks. Sometimes the damaged would be dealt the moment caitlyn fires and sometimes when the bullet got to the target. This caused problems with last hitting and confusion in general.
