ManaflowBand Rune Bugged

its not just manaflowband electrocute and phase rush are sometimes bugged too

Dude this patch is a mess. From my experiences, almost every rune in the sorcery tree is busted. Primarily Manaflowband, Arey, Comet, and Scorch. I've also had issues with spellsthief procs. On top of that, blast cone being visible when they are there and vise versa. Same issue with the vision plants. Towers being destroyed yest still visible and target-able. Fog of war just not functioning. And thats from maybe four games. I really hope they revert or patch soon cause this is terrible.
