Type of Bug: Gameplay

Description: Gangplank Q not proccing Kalista W (Sentinel) passive when Gangplank is Kalista's Oathsworn

Steps to reproduce: A1. Kalista oathsworns Gangplank A2. Kalista level W and auto an enemy champion or minion A3. Gangplank Q that target afterwards

B1. Kalista oathsworns Gangplank B2. Kalista level W and Gangplank Q's an enemy champion or minion B3. Kalista autos that target afterwards

Expected result: Target is soul-marked. Then mark gets consumed, dealing bonus damage from Kalista W

Observed result: Case A: Soul-mark does not go away, no bonus damage is dealt Case B: Soul-mark is not created after Gangplank Q hits target

Reproduction rate: Every time.

I'm not sure if it's supposed to anymore. They changed his Q to be closer to Ezreal Q, not fully an autoattack put into a skill. More of a skill that applies on hit effect. Does Ezreal Q proc Kalista passive? Cause they should both work the same, if one does it and the other does not, then it's probably a bug. If they both don't, it's probably how it's supposed to be now.
