Cant use chroma pack for Bard after buying Elderwood Skin

With Bard being my favorite champion i bought the chroma pack a long time ago for bard because i wanted to get all skins for Bard. So i waited for a sale for the Elderwood Bard skin to become on sale and once i bought it, i cannot pick my chroma pack colors anymore. When i try to change skins in the skin box the only two are classic and Elderwood skin, usually there would be the color boxes under classic for Bard, but there isn't.
