Club Name Isn't Showing in Starting Dynamic Queue

When I started Dynamic Queue I noticed that Club Name, (it was just not showing mine but shows everyone ones else tat is in the Queue) was not showing starting I didn't know if that was a issue you knew about or not but just wanted to let you know and If the Picture doesn't show up what can I do to send it because I have the picture to show you guys if it doesn't go through.
