Undocumented Rumble ult change

I'm a rumble main and today I've noticed that rumble ult doesn't remove banshees from enemies anymore. Since I play rumble everyday and i've noticed it only now, it was probably changed in the last few days...

Rumble ult used to remove the enemie's banshee shield if the ultimate landed on them (if enemy walks into ult later, banshee was not removed) after . I'm guessing that banshee used to block the initial rumble ult damage (long time ago rumble ult had initial damage when it landed) and riot just changed the initial damage to 0, so basically the initial damage part of the spell was still there, but it just dealt 0 damage.

Since its not documented in the patch notes, it might be a bug. How is it intended to be?
