Cant change masteries

Huge issue i cant change masteries at all, last game i had to bring fervor on kha'zix and changed my nid top to a kha jg page and turns out i clicked save, the error came up and i thought nothing of it, then i see my mastery is fervor and my page didnt save, i just got into game and my mastery page didnt save again, but i was aware this time and brought my jayce page, but of course it didnt save as i had jayce page hovered. Please help. BTW i have restarted my client
