[GAMEPLAY] On Connect, Stuck in Spawn

I played a game as Brand mid, I'm pretty sure this is a connection issue. I was slow to load into the game, in the load screen it showed two people not connected, and by the time I connected, it was 0:22 into the game, and I could not get out of spawn. It was as if the starting wall was there indefinitely. I had to reconnect, switching from my shoddy wifi to a LAN connection, in which I was able to connect and leave spawn normally. I am unsure if this bug happens 100% of the time.

Steps taken:

1. Connect to a game using a wifi connection
2. Buy items
3. Click somewhere on the map
