Critical Error on Loading Screen

I went to play a game with my buddies, but after champion select I never went to the loading screen. I tried to close the client and relog into the game, but that was unsuccessful. After their game, I went to play another but this time when I went to go to the loading screen I got a critical error. I've linked the file, but no matter what I tried to do I always got the critical error.
