[GAMEPLAY] Garen's villain passive activates early.

Whenever i ult on the enemy villain with Garen, the ult does not kill the villain like it should. The sound for the ult to kill plays, and i use my ultimate but it does not fully kill them. This has happened numerous times after I updated to the recent patch, 5.17. The villain is not changing because i can see that the ult does in fact do true damage. I believe the Villain Passive is bugged and activates for the ult early for some odd reason. I really enjoy playing this champion so please fix this asap.
