Not receiving key fragments

I know this topic is probably seen a lot, but I havent received a single key fragment in at least a month. I am honor level 3 and frequently receive honors from non-premade and premade team mates.

My friends receive key fragments almost every login, and I am left with 15 chests which I cant open.

If possible please look at my account and you will see how long it has been since I have received key fragments.
