Unchained Alistar, chained and locked away!?

Hello everybody! As everyone may know, the Unchained Alistar Skin is completely free and be given to anyone who subscribes to the League of Legends youtube account.

Any fan of League would have seen a few of their videos, and may have noticed that you can obtain Unchained Alistar rather easily. Unless it's broken. That's right, several tries over several days on several computers, the skin remains chained and locked away. There always seems to be an error when trying to add the skin to my account, even though I've tried different youtube/google accounts, computers and different times in the day.

To get the skin, you simply go to their Youtube channel, with this here latest video from them. ( https://www.youtube.com/user/RiotGamesInc ) and click on 'Youtube' at the bottom right. Head on to their channel! Now you should be on the channel with the very nice picture of Unchained Alistar on it, that you should click to unlock the skin. This will take you to the League website ( http://youtube.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/youtube/ ) where you can then subscribe to the League channel. Almost immediately you should have unlocked the skin! Congrats! But for me, my account seems to be filled with errors, as the skin cannot be added. If anyone has had this problem as well, please tell your story down below. Maybe Riot can eventually fix this error.
